These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Cuslr—including the website, Chrome extension, widgets, templates, APIs, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" or "your" will refer to that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility; Accounts
- You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction and no less than 16 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update your details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or present security or legal risk.
2. The Service; License
- License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension and website for your personal or internal business use.
- Restrictions. You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code; (b) circumvent technical protections or usage limits; (c) copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by applicable law; (d) resell, rent, or sublicense the Service; (e) access the Service to build a competing product; (f) use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering methods except as expressly permitted.
- Updates. We may automatically update or modify the Service (including the extension) at any time; such updates are subject to these Terms.
3. User Content; Templates; Widgets
- User Content. You may submit layouts, templates, widget configurations, notes, texts, images, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
- License to Us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, perform, and adapt your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service, including backup, storage, and content moderation.
- Public Sharing. If you elect to share templates or content publicly, you grant other users a license to view and use such content within the Service. You can revoke public sharing prospectively by changing visibility; prior copies may persist.
- Your Responsibilities. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and share User Content, and that your User Content (and your use of it) complies with these Terms and applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with security, access controls, or network operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data except via documented features.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Spam or direct users to deceptive or harmful sites.
We may investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action (including removal of content, suspension, or termination).
5. Third‑Party Services
The Service may interoperate with third‑party services (e.g., identity providers, analytics, payment processors, cloud storage). Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services and do not control them.
6. Beta Features
We may offer experimental or beta features. Such features are provided "as is" without warranties, may be modified or discontinued, and may be subject to additional terms.
7. Fees; Plans
- Some features may be offered free of charge; paid plans or add‑ons may be introduced later. Pricing and billing terms will be posted within the Service.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable and stated in USD. We may change fees on notice, effective in the next billing cycle.
- Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges. We may collect tax information and withhold amounts when required by law.
8. Affiliate Program
This Section governs your participation in the Cuslr Affiliate Program (the "Affiliate Program"). If you do not participate, this Section does not apply.
8.1 Eligibility & Enrollment
- Enrollment occurs when you accept Affiliate-specific terms within the consent modal and access the affiliate dashboard. We may deny or revoke participation at our discretion.
- You must maintain an active account in good standing and comply with all laws (including anti‑spam, advertising, consumer protection, and sanctions).
8.2 Identification & Tracking
- Upon joining, you receive a permanent referral URL of the form
https://cuslr.com/ref/<LinkCreatorID>. This identifier is unique to you and does not change. - Attribution is based on: (a) use of your referral URL at the time of account creation; and (b) subscription events associated with accounts that originated from your referral URL. We do not guarantee any cookie window, cross‑device, or retroactive attribution.
- Self‑referrals, forced clicks, ad injections, brand impersonation, or any form of fraudulent or misleading traffic are prohibited.
8.3 Commissions
- Sign‑up Credit: $0.10 USD per verified new account created via your referral URL.
- Recurring Commission: A percentage of subscription charges paid by referred customers, according to tier:
- Bronze: 40% (default)
- Silver: 45% (reached when ≥ 10 active paid customers)
- Gold: 50% (reached when ≥ 100 active paid customers)
- "Active paid" means customers with an active paid subscription that is not cancelled, refunded, or in chargeback. We may exclude taxes, fees, credits, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks from commissionable amounts.
8.4 Payouts
- Threshold: Minimum withdrawable balance is $50 USD.
- Schedule: Payout processing occurs monthly on the 15th at 00:00 KST. Requests may be queued for processing during that cycle.
- Methods: PayPal (you must provide a valid PayPal ID). PayPal fees (if any) are your responsibility.
- Hold & Adjustments: We may apply a hold period for fraud screening and chargeback risk. We may withhold, set off, or claw back amounts for refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic, violations, or suspected abuse. Negative balances may carry forward.
8.5 Compliance; Brand Use; Traffic Rules
- No Spam or Deception. Email, SMS, or social campaigns must comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
- Ads & Brand Bidding. You may not bid on "Cuslr" or confusingly similar marks in search ads, nor misrepresent yourself as Cuslr.
- Coupons & Incentives. No unauthorized couponing, rebates, toolbars, forced redirects, or adware.
- Content Standards. No adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
- We may update rules at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
8.6 Taxes; KYC/AML
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commissions you receive. We may request tax forms or identification and may suspend payouts until provided. We may decline payouts to sanctioned persons/regions and comply with KYC/AML policies.
8.7 Termination; Changes
- We may suspend or terminate your participation, or modify the Affiliate Program, at any time for any reason.
- Upon termination, unpaid amounts legitimately earned prior to termination will be paid in the next cycle, subject to holds, adjustments, and these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated intellectual property are owned by us and our licensors. Except for the limited licenses expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR (C) AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitations will apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cuslr and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Suspension; Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, legal or security risk, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, Sections intended to survive (including Sections 2–5, 7–14) will survive.
15. Changes to the Service and to These Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting within the Service or by email. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use after changes constitute acceptance.
16. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Seoul, Korea for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely.
- Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices. Notices to us must be sent to legal@cuslr.com (with copy to our postal address).
